What payment methods do you accept?
Games4Gamers accepts all major credit cards - Mastercard, Visa, Discover, and American Express - through Paypal. We also accept direct Paypal payments,
E-Check, Personal Check, or Money Order. Please note that all checks/money orders will be held until they have cleared before we can ship your order.

What shipping methods do you offer?
Games4Gamers employs a number of shipping methods. It is really up to the customer which they prefer. We charge a flat rate based on your order subtotal.
We normally ship through the US Postal Service but will ship UPS, Fedex, or DHL upon request. There may be an additional charge for this service if the
S&H fee will not cover the cost of shipping through an alternate courier.

How long does it take you to ship an order?
We try to process all orders within 24 hours of receipt, but due to unforeseen circumstances - inclement weather, technology problems, etc., there may
be a delay of up to 2 business days in the shipping of your order. Rest assured if there is a delay you will be contacted ASAP regarding the estimated
ship date and a reason for the delay. Time in transit is based on the shipping method you select. Rates are based on ground/cheapest shipping. There
will be an additional charge to upgrade to priority, 2nd day air, next day air, etc. if needed.

What is the condition of XYZ used game?
We list the condition of each individual title on its page. We have several conditions. These are: New, Used-Like New, Used-Very Good, Used-Good, and
Used-Acceptable. Conditions are determined based on management discretion. Photos of the actual items being sold are used for all products so you can
get a good idea of the product's condition before you buy.

Do you clean/test/repair used games?
Games4Gamers cleans & tests all used games we sell. We offer a 30-Day Money Back Return Policy just in case the product happens not to work on your
system. Rest assured that all used games are clean, working, & tested prior to being listed for sale. At this time we do not offer a repair service for
games. However, we do offer repair service for NES consoles. In addition we also offer cleaning services for NES consoles, NES games, and NES
accessories.

Please note that there are charges for these services. You can see the prices by visiting our
Services Page. Payment may be made by any accepted method.

How long does it take you to repair/clean my stuff?
This really depends on the amount of work involved. We process repairs/cleanings on a first-come-first-serve basis. If you have just 1 game you want
cleaned for instance, it should be done within in 24 hours. However, if you are sending us say for example 20+ games, a system, and some accessories,
it may take up to a week to process, depending on service volume. Most repairs/cleanings will be processed & re-shipped back to you within 2-3 days.
